Overall, I have 11 years of experience in the IT industry. I worked as a Technical support engineer in Wipro infotech. Also, I was worked in united health group (XL health) as Application support engineer. I was doing database support for nurse practitioners, preceptors and doctors. • I was supporting the global Wipro technology users on technical issues with their system. • Presently I have been working with NextGen healthcare India PVT LTD. My roles and responsibilities include all the database administration activities. • I have been performing application, database, and Server upgrades for clients. Performing database backup for them and monitoring their SQL jobs and maintenance plans. • I provided database support during the production upgrades. • Experience in Installation, configuration Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, and 2016. • Hands-on experience in SQL Server performing database refresh and schema refresh. • Having Experience in database Backup\restore. Implementing the backup plans and configuring Database Maintenance Plan • Configuring and managing Replication, Mirroring, and Log Shipping. • Configuring and Scheduling SQL Server Agent Jobs. • Having experience on large-size production Databases for various Hospitals. • Analysing Error Logs and taking appropriate action to resolve any issues. • Good analytical and troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Conducting training for new joiners, helping them to understand the work. •Debugging issues, checking log files.
