Marketing & Communication Coordinator With nearly nine years of experience in the education sector, I began my career as a receptionist and progressed to become the Marketing & Communication Coordinator at Green Montessori School. This journey has shaped my expertise in education marketing, school branding, public communication, and event management. I have been involved in a wide range of strategic responsibilities, including: Developing a comprehensive Annual Master Marketing Plan (timeline, high-mid-low budgeting, and priorities)- Creating effective digital and offline marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and student enrollment- Producing Instagram content (posts, stories, and reels) with educational, professional, and Montessori-aligned concepts- Managing Instagram Ads campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, copywriting, and performance analysis- Establishing collaborations with KOLs/parenting psychologists, merchandise vendors, and sponsorship partners (e.g, BNI,BSI)- Preparing sponsorship proposals, company profiles, parenting event TORs, and official communication documents- Developing and promoting extra classes, holiday programs, and school merchandise as additional revenue streams- Creating presentations, video scripts, copywriting, and monthly SEO-driven content plans- Coordinating across departments (General Affair, Academic, PTA, Finance) for school-wide programs and initiatives- Supporting the school’s brand presence through event documentation, and storytelling.
