As a Customer Experience & Quality Assurance Specialist, I have over Six years of experience in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry, working with global leaders such as GE and Schneider Electric. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to customers and ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations. I have a strong background in supplier quality management, audit management, product testing, inspections, complaints management, customer net promoter score, and data analytics. I have successfully implemented continuous improvement methods, such as PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, and 8D methodology, to enhance process quality and product quality in the organization. Some of my notable achievements include reduction of Supplier Defects per Million to 1500 PPM in 2022 through RCA and Supplier Process Improvement. Part/Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) done for 24 Parts and achieved cpk of better than 1.67. Successfully launched QT9 in 2021 to completely digitize end to end audit Management. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Banasthali University. I developed my skills in electrical equipment manufacturing industry, which are relevant and distinctive for my role and industry. I am a proactive and driven professional, who thrives on challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
