Currently I spend my days working with brilliant and ambitious people across Microsoft, supporting them to deliver organisational transformation through the application of technology. — I’m a highly skilled, versatile and trusted Director with 15 years’ experience across Operational leadership, Business Management, strategic planning and being a Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to influential and highly regarded leaders; roles where no two days look the same and have me overseeing some of the most impactful projects across a firm. This background has given me a wealth of experience in building strong partnerships, leading and developing people, large scale programme management, designing and embedding strategy, facilitating change, connecting the dots between departments, collaborating, prioritising workload, budgeting and communications…and I'm very comfortable with spinning all the above plates (and more!) simultaneously. I'm positive, ambitious, relentlessly hard-working and innately organised and over the course of my career I've proven to flourish in new, fast paced and often ambiguous environments. Above all, I believe in people and kindness; I’m an exemplar of company policy, culture and values, am passionate about elevating voices and perspectives from different communities and am always seeking to leave things better than I found them, particularly when it comes to our planet.
