About Ela Bernardo

Passionate about architecture and building technologies with over a decade of experience in the field. From 2010 to 2013, I worked in Building Technologies, where I gained valuable technical expertise. I then advanced my career as an Architect from August 2013 to August 2023, designing a variety of residential and commercial buildings in my province. I served as an Architect from January 2018 to June 2022 at Camarines Norte State College, where I was responsible for designing academic buildings, managing projects on-site, and overseeing construction activities. My work focused on creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that met both institutional and user requirements. Currently, as an architectural technologies student in my fourth semester at SAIT, I have further enhanced my skills in construction techniques and Canadian building standards. I am proficient in industry-standard tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp, and Twinmotion, and my recent academic projects demonstrate my capability in design, documentation, and technological integration, showcasing a well-rounded expertise in both traditional and modern architectural practices. My goal is to contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions while bridging my past architectural experience with the unique demands of Canadian construction.
