About Ela Simon

I am a doer and structurer. I like breaking things down to their core and make sure that solutions are well-founded but practical enough. A topic very close to my heart is biodiversity and how we can implement ecosystem reporting practices into organization’s sustainability agendas. Especially in biodiversity, we are missing the connection between sciences and businesses. I aspire to become a part of that bridge. With a background in environmental management and organisational development, I support organisations on their journey towards an improved social and environmental footprint through established frameworks such as the CSRD, EU Taxonomy and the climate and biodiversity risk assessments through TCFD and TNFD, but also by tailoring new solutions to companies’ needs. For me, sustainability is more than just ticking a compliance box, I aim to understand companies’ potential to create value altogether for organizations, nature and affected stakeholders.
