About Elad Raz

Defense industry executive with 15+ years leading international business development, M&A execution, and commercial strategy across airborne ISR, DIRCM, C4I, and special mission aircraft programs. I've captured over $1B in cumulative defense contracts across four continents, built and scaled commercial organizations from the ground up, and led two successful corporate transactions — the acquisition of BIRD Aerosystems by FIMI Fund and its subsequent acquisition by Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ: ONDS). My career spans both sides of the defense value chain, from Elbit Systems to high-growth platforms like BIRD, giving me a rare combination of prime contractor discipline and entrepreneurial speed. What sets me apart is the intersection of commercial, legal, and operational expertise. I'm a licensed attorney (Israeli Bar) with an MBA, which means I don't just close deals — I structure them, protect them, and operationalize them. I've stood up international subsidiaries, built compliance frameworks covering ITAR/EAR and FCPA, and managed investor relations with institutional PE partners.
