As a passionate aviation professional with 30 years of experience in the Caribbean region, I am dedicated to providing vertical flight solutions that truly make a difference in people's lives. Whether it's corporate aviation, utility operations (such as oil and gas, EMS, SAR, ENG, mining, and energy), or heliport infrastructure development, I have a wealth of experience that allows me to understand the full potential of helicopter operations. I am currently on a mission to develop the "Miami Downtown Heliport", a hub for the groundbreaking Urban Aviation concept in Miami. This concept involves the widespread use of helicopters and electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles (eVTOLs) to revolutionize transportation in smart cities and bring value to people's daily lives. I am dedicated to making this vision a reality through professional performance, team support, and results-driven management. I specialize in ensuring the highest standards of flight safety, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I have received top-notch training in HAI (Helicopter Association International) operations management and safety, the P3 Bell Helicopter Professional Pilot Program, and factory training at Flight Safety International, Bell Helicopter, Agusta/Westland, McDonnell Douglas, and Eurocopter/Helibras. I also have extensive experience in aircraft sales and appraisals, aviation consulting and logistics, and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operations. I hold FAA USA licenses for commercial helicopter piloting with over flight hours, instrument rating, and Venezuela INAC Helicopter Check Airman, remote piloting for UAS. When I'm not working, I am an avid aerial photographer, world traveler, road cyclist, and happily married father of two daughters. I am driven by a desire to make a positive impact through the work I do and the passions I pursue.
