I am a seasoned Virtual Assistant with extensive experience supporting startup Amazon supplement brands since February 2020. My journey began with handling data entry and customer service, and through my dedication and expertise, I have risen to the role of Project Manager. In my time as a Virtual Assistant, I honed my skills in Google Sheets, creating and maintaining comprehensive databases across team operations. I developed innovative systems for managing promotions, influencer marketing campaigns, inventory reports, and more. As the main source of company data, I utilized scripts to automate various processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. My passion for learning drove me to acquire additional skills, including graphic design with Canva, web editing on Shopify, and video editing with Savvy. I also provided support for Amazon Seller Central management, including updating listing images and A+ content, creating posts for Amazon Post Publisher, setting up deals, managing feedback and reviews, and automating feedback requests with Helium10. As a Project Manager, I lead teams in customer service, administration, and influencer marketing, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service delivery. I am currently pursuing certification in project management to further enhance my capabilities. Additionally, I am focused on learning and implementing automations using Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and Slack workflows to streamline processes effectively.
