I have a Paralegal Diploma and a Law Clerk Advanced Fast Track Diploma from Durham College, where I acquired advanced legal skills and knowledge. I interned at Brookfield Asset Management, one of the world's largest alternative asset managers, where I prepared and managed corporate documents and records, performed corporate searches and registrations, and supported compliance activities. I used Diligent software to maintain the corporate entity database and minute books. I also completed 300 hours of placement at Durham Community Legal Clinic, working in the Small Claims, Employment, and Human Rights departments, drafting documents, letters, and court forms, researching case law, and attending court to file and issue documents. I volunteered at the same clinic for six months, gaining valuable experience in the Small Claims office. I am passionate and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in Corporate Law and Wills and Estates.
