About Elaina Park

As a Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT), I am committed to providing ethical and evidence-based ABA services to support children with autism spectrum disorders. My experience includes skill acquisition, staff training, and performance assessment within ABA, with a strong focus on early intervention and the impact of high-quality behavioral services during critical developmental years. My background as both a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and BAT has allowed me to work with clients ages 18 months to 9 years old, implementing individualized interventions to promote meaningful skill development. I value collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to create lasting progress for the individuals I serve. In addition to direct client work, I have experience in training and supporting behavior technicians, assessing their performance, and providing constructive feedback to enhance service delivery through organizational behavior management skills. I am also skilled in utilizing assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R to guide intervention planning, program modification, and track skill development. I am currently working toward my goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where I aim to continue making a positive impact through high-quality behavioral interventions, mentorship, and advocacy for accessible ABA services. I am always looking to connect with professionals who share my commitment to effective, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA practices.
