I am a skilled change professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry delivering digital, systems integration, regulatory and operational transformation programmes. During my career I have operated as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Change Lead and Implementation Manager so can flex and adapt to suit business needs. In addition to being an excellent collaborator, I have a natural ability to lead from within and have demonstrated this on multiple strategic programmes and transformation projects. Throughout my career I have often been assigned the “trouble-shooter” role, parachuted into challenging or at risk programmes to help bring them back under control. I am a highly intelligent, logical, structured thinker and am adept at analysing and making sense of large amounts of data and complex information which I can break down and present in a concise and compelling way, both for reporting purposes and to provide input for fully informed data-driven decision-making. My strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills combined with my natural resilience mean that I am comfortable working across multiple workstreams delivering to strict deadlines and at times under considerable pressures. I love the energy and inspiration that comes from working as part of a dynamic team and working together to find solutions to difficult problems. I use my excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues to allow us to work collaboratively as an extended team. I am incredibly organised, self-motivated and tenacious; I thrive on responsibility and take ownership readily and enthusiastically. This drive and natural energy combined with the depth and breadth of my experience allow me to thrive and succeed in fast-paced environments.
