About Elaine Stevenson

Elaine is an Associate Director for Architecture with Aecom. She has over 20 years of experience gained on transportation, residential, educational and commercial projects including 10 years’ experience on high profile transportation projects in Asia and MENA regions.In addition to her technical capabilities, Elaine is also experienced in BIM implementation, technical reviews, team management, and resource planning. Working on high profile projects in multi-cultural environments she has; strong relationship skills; confidence in working with clients, stakeholders and government officials; experience in the international environment; and is dedicated to her team.Experience on these projects has included engagement with key stakeholders in UAE and KSA. Elaine has sound knowledge of international and local building codes, NFPA, UAE fire code, LEED, Estidama, DM, ADM, SBC, and BS standards etc. Elaine is also fully involved in win work and bid opportunities and has contributed to a number of technical proposals and bid presentations with key clients in KSA and UAE.Upon graduating in 1996, Elaine started her career on major rail projects in Hong Kong for the KCRC and MTRC, integrated within large residential and commercial developments.
