Nurse with specialization in Healthcare Policies and Strategies by Universidade Estadual da Bahia and MBA in Marketing and Sales by FGV, working in the healthcare area in the hospital and commercial segments of products and services. Experience with strategic sales and marketing planning, corporate negotiations (private market), government sales (public market), market development, differentiated and customized sales, sales management, team and distribution network management, product launches in the market, customer experience, project management, planning and implementation of services, training and consulting. Throughout my career I had the opportunity to work at companies with different types of governance, representing important multinationals such as: B|Braun, Baxter (Hillrom, Welch Allyn and Trumpf), Nihon Kohden, Medela, Fanem, Masimo, ConMed, Protec, Seca, Medtronic, in the following regions: Bahia, Aracajú, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and Espírito Santo. In the hospital segment, I had experience in administrative coordination, cost and productivity management, process design, elaboration of protocols, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, planning and implementation of new health services and consultancy.
