About Elango Murugan

A results-driven Database Architect with 14 years of experience in designing, managing, and optimizing complex database ecosystems across BFSI and Telecommunication domains. My expertise spans Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Neo4j, SingleStore, and Elasticsearch, with a strong focus on scalability, high availability, and performance tuning for mission-critical applications.I’m passionate about building data architectures that deliver speed, security, and reliability at scale. Over the years, I’ve implemented replication, clustering, and disaster recovery strategies, optimized slow-performing queries, and streamlined database operations through Python-based automation — all to ensure data systems that run seamlessly 24/7.Beyond administration, I collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business teams to translate data requirements into efficient, production-ready solutions. I thrive in environments where precision, performance, and data integrity drive business outcomes.Core Expertise:Oracle | MySQL | PostgreSQL | Neo4j | SingleStore | Elasticsearch | Oracle Exadata | GaussDB | Database Performance Tuning | Backup & Recovery | Replication & Clustering | Data Security | Python Automation | High Availability I’m always open to learning and exploring modern database technologies that push the boundaries of speed, scale, and intelligence in data-driven organizations.
