About Elanit Linder

I am dedicated to intergenerational programming and solution focused healing therapies for all communities. By actively cultivating and developing long-term partnerships with organizations and leaders on anti-agist anti-racist policies, clients and families achieve the self-empowerment that they deserve for mental and physical-health, deep healing, and overall wellbeing. Being committed to socially conscious program development and therapies empowering individuals and communities, I have found that short-term targeted cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic and arts therapies help young-adults through older-adults utilize their personal tool kits and return to wellbeing/homeostasis through any change of life or crisis. These can include teenage autonomy shifts, divorce, COVID stressors, and older adult changes. I specialize in group therapies, geriatric care, programming and services, case management, social work, and 1-to-1 therapies encompassing motivational interviewing, EMDR, somatic, cognitive behavioral and exposure therapies, and community outreach and organizational growth. I would love to connect with you to collaborate in any of these areas! Earlier in my career, by training and passion, my focus was in large-scale social justice public projects and planning in the arts, designing workshops, events and performances. These experiences and skills nurture my clinical work, spurring book authorship, and led to creating environments in which to add value to the quality of life for older adults. I believe that art can be both healing and educational and have based my philosophies and current work in my early foundation in the arts.
