About Elayne Ogorman

I am a Fulltime Supervisor in 2DA Hub Training, responsible for teaching leadership and development skills, aiming to empower frontline supervisors with the necessary tools to lead their teams effectively. This dual focus on training and development allows me to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the organization. I began my career at UPS in 2013 as a scale administrative assistant in 1DA WFF. After 3 years in multiple administrative roles, I was ready for more responsibility. I was promoted to Yard Frontline supervisor in 2DA WFF in 2016. In 2019 I decided that I was prepared to learn more about the small package side of Worldport operations and accepted a position in Hub Training as a new hire training supervisor. After holding various roles in Worldport training between the 1DA and 2DA operations, I accepted a promotion to my current role as a Fulltime supervisor in 2DA Hub training. I am currently seeking to further my career in a role that allows me to utilize my leadership experiences, extensive operational knowledge, and interpersonal communication skills to continue to grow professionally.
