With 25 years of dedicated government service at NAVSEA, Military Sealift Command (MSC), and NASA, I offer a broad and diverse background in project management, cost analysis, test & evaluation, and systems integration. My career has spanned the full lifecycle of complex programs—from concept development and planning to execution, testing, and sustainment—bringing true "cradle-to-grave" project management experience to every program and project. From testing small boats, to altering large ships, to launching sounding rockets - have strived to adapt my unique skills to successfully manage projects within customer requirements, mission schedule, and funding. I am familiar with federal contracts and funding streams, with experience as a Technical Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). This includes managing contractor performance, ensuring compliance, tracking deliverables, and aligning funding with program/project goals - often in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. My work is grounded in strong technical writing and communication skills, especially in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation. I’m also highly experienced in gathering and refining customer requirements, ensuring that stakeholder needs are met from project initiation through delivery. Whether working independently or as part of a cross-functional team, I bring a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence that supports mission success across defense and aerospace domains. I am committed to fostering strong, interpersonal working relationships within my team and organization - recognizing that the biggest asset to the success of any mission are the people that help achieve that mission.
