I’m a passionate Learning and Development professional with a background that bridges education, leadership, and operations. Over the past decade, I’ve led and developed multicultural teams in global companies like AT & T and Kyndryl, designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance performance, engagement, and professional growth. At AT & T, I coordinated and trained over 400 new agents during the launch of a major business line (DirecTV) and led the Customer Self Installation (CSI) program, which became the top-performing line of business in EMEA in 2021. Now at Kyndryl, I focus on coaching, mentoring, and skill development, ensuring individuals and teams reach their full potential through tailored learning initiatives and data-driven performance improvement. Before moving into the corporate world, I taught psychology for two years — an experience that shaped my approach to training: human-centered, evidence-based, and built on understanding how people learn best. I’m passionate about creating environments where people learn, grow, and thrive, and I continuously seek new ways to combine my educational roots with modern L&D strategies in fast-paced, international settings.
