As a Procurement Contract Specialist at the County of Orange, I have accumulated over eight years of experience managing contracts with a total aggregate amount above $4 million. My area of responsibility includes contract negotiations and execution, understanding the scope of work, key deliverables, and ensuring appropriate provision language is included in each contract. I also handle payment terms, resolve billing and payment issues as they arise. In additional, I monitor vendor performance, manage, and resolve vendor performance issues, as well execute contract terminations. I possess a strong background in business management, having earned a Masters Degree (MBA) from the University of Phoenix-Southern California Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the same learning institution. I am skilled in management, logistics, budgets, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality procurement services to the County and its various stakeholders.
