I believe that career paths are not meant to be rigid or restricting. Instead, we should feel empowered to make the best choices for ourselves in any given moment—adapting as we grow, learn, and evolve. My career has been a testament to this philosophy. I began my journey as a Casting Director and Talent Agent in Chicago, connecting talented individuals to opportunities that aligned with their skills, career goals, and desires. I then transitioned into corporate Talent Acquisition, where I spent over three years matchmaking job seekers with rewarding work. Most recently, I made the decision to pursue my Master of Science in Professional School Counseling, a step that aligns with my lifelong commitment to guiding and supporting others. Throughout my career—whether in entertainment, talent strategy, counseling, or even my 15+ years of steady part-time experience in the restaurant industry—I have leveraged my greatest strengths: empathy, positivity, and the ability to activate and develop others. My purpose is clear: to help others and connect them to meaningful opportunities and experiences. I am passionate about lifelong learning, taking an individualized, human-centered approach when working with clients and advisees, and most importantly, loving what I do.
