About Eleanor Busuttil

With over 14 years of HR leadership experience, I’ve built my career on driving organizational growth, enabling leaders, and shaping people strategies that fuel business success. For more than a decade at Finaro, I had the privilege of scaling HR during a period of rapid business expansion—building processes, strengthening culture, and supporting teams across multiple geographies. When Finaro was acquired by Shift4, I transitioned into a global environment, bringing my regional expertise into a larger corporate structure. Over the past two years, I’ve navigated this integration journey, helping align people, culture, and processes within a fast-paced, global organization. Today, in my role as VP of Human Resources – Europe & Growth Markets, I lead HR across diverse regions as part of Shift4’s Center of Excellence model. I’m passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive, leaders feel supported, and HR is a true business partner—balancing compliance, culture, and strategic execution to deliver results at scale.
