Background

About Eleanor Hoyle

I’m a recent English Literature and German graduate from the University of Liverpool (First-Class Honours), with strong communication, project management and customer service skills.Throughout my degree, I’ve pursued roles that reflect this passion. As Vice President of the English Society and Editor & Social Media Officer for Scausländer Zeitung (our student-led German newspaper), I developed hands-on experience in editing, content planning, and audience engagement. These roles have also strengthened my ability to manage projects, collaborate with contributors, and uphold editorial quality across platforms.During my 7-month internship at KERN Global Language Services in Frankfurt, I worked in translation and project management, honing my precision with language and developing my business-level German. This experience sharpened my skills in communicating clearly across languages and contexts—an asset I wish to bring to my future work environment.I'm now excited to take the next step in my career and apply my language, writing, and communication skills in a professional setting.
