About Eleanor Olson

How satisfied are you with your work, and why? This is the question I asked countless people while traveling after high school, trying to uncover a career path that would bring me fulfillment. What I discovered is that the answer doesn’t lie in what we work on, but in how we work. With this realization, I pursued studies in Work and Health Psychology, where I learned how deeply work impacts our quality of life and well-being. Given that the average person spends hours at work, improving the work experience became my mission, one that I now carry into my role as a Senior Manager Organizational Development and Learning & Inhouse Mediator at home24. In this role, I create meaningful growth opportunities for employees and lead corporate health initiatives focused on physical and mental well-being. I also deliver workshops on leadership, communication, leadership, resilience, and change management. As a certified Systemic Inhouse Mediator and Mindful Leadership Trainer, I am passionate about stress and self-management, conflict resolution, and transforming workplace culture. In addition, I actively advocate for diversity and inclusion, with a special focus on female leadership. I aim to improve the work-life of many and to empower people to create the working structures, cultures, and atmospheres that serve them.
