About Electine Sifuna

Coordinating Bidii initiatives : Marketing, Fundraising, tuition sponsorships, managing motivational programs and community empowerment projects in Kenya) Born and raised in Kenya, Electine Sifuna has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing African entrepreneurs. She is an experienced entrepreneur credited with securing big tenders with UNHCR (United high commissioner for refugees) in her youthful years. She is the founder of Bidiifoundation.org and has a passion for fostering entrepreneurship in local communities in Africa. She has dedicated her effort to empowering countless primary, Secondary and University students through mentorship, tuition and school supplies. She is credited with sponsoring several Women groups in Luyekhe village, Kenya with economic empowerment projects and is working towards sponsoring unemployed fathers in Luyekhe village with economic empowerment projects to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams in a model where the beneficiaries pay it forward, which will enable more younger unemployed fathers to achieve their dreams through entrepreneurship as well. She is retired from the City of New York HRA and now working for the Bidiifoundation.org.
