Hello! I graduated from Hunter College with a B.A. in economics. My interests are broad and multi-disciplined. My previous occupations before graduation have been: Research assistant @ Jan Grimm Lab, MSKCC.(Summer 2015): Research regarding the upregulation of PSMA in prostate cancer outcomes. Work was largely autonomous under the guidance of Priyanka Shukla, PhD, with focus regarding upkeep of live cell culture, as well as bio-marker tagging structures of interest and subsequent micro-imaging. Paralegal Assistant @ Markou Global LLC.(2017-2018): Was delegated duties upon authority of P.O.A. Primarily focused in Immigration and International Estate law. Prepared documents from notary/apostille levels to prepare for ongoing trial submission. Drafted Estate law documents under the guidance of Maria Markou, Esq. Successfully compiled requests for and obtained H1-B work visas for Greek immigrants of exceptional talents. Interacted with the Greek embassy to facilitate ongoing cases and distributions of International Estates to family abroad. EV Sales Specialist @ Kia of Huntington (2020-Present): Trained to present Kia EV vehicles to consumers in the Tri-State Area, I worked at the facility to develop business leads, educate customers on operation and optimization of EV drivetrain, as well as peripheral features of the vehicles. I learned to work with an extremely diverse consumer base, and developed effective communication skills. After listening to their needs and wants, along with what they are driving now, I directed them towards their preferred size and style of vehicle, along with meeting budgetary needs. I displayed distinct comparative advantages Kia offered to competitor vehicles, and maintained a customer focused atmosphere. Although I was but a portion of a larger team effort, the facility grew quarter over quarter through the pandemic, increasing both volume of new customers, as well as retaining first lease returns. We ensured consumer happiness through post product reviews, and confirmed through standardized surveys. This was accomplished in the face of supply chain disruptions severely crippling our inventory status, as well as rising inflation costs. As of 2024, my present goals are to obtain my J.D. and to expand my career experiences with summer work. In the short run, I am also interested in Renewable Energy Deployment in high pollution regions domestically.
