Background

About Elena Cacciani

In my current role as an export Back-Office Specialist, I make sure to respect customers' needs, deadlines and to schedule and follow the shipment procedure issuing all needed documents, both for EU and Extra EU countries. Professionally, I am motivated by a strong work ethic, customer engagement, attention to detail, and teamwork. I consider myself to be empathetic, enthusiastic about growing and gaining new skills, driven to be a better person. I strive to have a good working environment with teammates and know how best to work with them. I am customer-oriented; I enjoy helping them, even if this means stepping out of my role because the main goal is to meet the needs of the customer. I love contact with people, dialogue, and exchange; I worked as a waiter and as an ice-cream shop employee during high-school and university years and that helped me to overcome my shyness. I would love to connect with you here on LinkedIn!
