About Elena Capuzzo

I deal with identifying potential new customers, creating new opportunities and forging strategic collaborations. I follow the customer in the acquisition phase, development, loyalty and consolidation of the business. The relationship with the client is fundamental for me to be able to organize the work together. I care about the customer needs, and I coordinate with the management and the technical department to find the best solution to satisfy them. I'm convinced that a constant and punctual support is the basis not only on the first phase, but also for the entire duration of the collaboration. For this reason, after the training phase, I also take care of the assistance and organization of periodic meetings, becoming a real point of reference for the customer. I am a proactive person, attentive to details and deadlines. I take care of the quotations, creating detailed documents that include both an explanation of the product and services, and the sales prices.
