Hi! I am Elena and I am passionately curious, driven by motivate others! I am always seek for new challenges, trying to be creative everyday in my daily job basis. Open minded, motivated and curious about people stories, always can lean something from the person in front. As a double culture born, I’ve got a hug root from my parents as their hardwork mentality, their entrepreneur mind with a very fast integration moved from country to country. Thus I have been working simultaneously in two jobs as an International HR for an International Recruitment consultancy and at the same time for the most luxury Retail Company. The hardworking and consistency brought me today as a Retail manager. As a Retail manager, I am always willing to help and lead the team within a good environment and good energy, coaching and motivation to foster client relationships, be strategically agile to drive strong sales results and ensure the highest level of client service it is my key of success!
