About Elena Colli

After graduating in Economics I began my journey within the fashion industry. My first experience of five years at Max Mara Fashion Group introduced me to the analysis of online and offline kpi and then continued in the buying office where I started my experience as a buyer. I then decided to explore multibrand realities deepening my skills on buying first at O' and then at Modes, two of the most important realities in the fashion luxury world. In this role I grew my skills in communication and negotiation, dealing from the biggest groups in the fashion system to new emerging brands. During the seasons I have independently followed the relationships with suppliers, monitored the performance of the different sales channels, participated in the definition of the company otb and in the planning of the buying strategy. I have great product sensitivity, being able to read collections immediately and assess their strengths and weaknesses. I am stimulated by new researches, having the ability to analyze the potential they can bring both commercially and in terms of image. My six years of experience in buying has confirmed that I am able to bring tangible results within the companies I have worked for. I love being on the move, traveling and being able to engage internationally. I am less inclined to operational activities that keep me in the office too long.
