Background

About Elena Eftimovska

I’m an experienced Hotel Receptionist with over seven years in hospitality, skilled in customer service, operations, and team support. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, along with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for both guests and colleagues. Alongside my hospitality background, I hold a Diploma in Management and am currently studying the Meta Front-End Developer Professional Certificate through Coursera. I’ve completed the Introduction to Front-End Development course and am building skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, while continuing to expand my knowledge in modern web technologies. I’m passionate about continuous learning, adaptability, and creating user-friendly solutions that make a real difference. My goal is to combine my customer-oriented mindset with technical skills to build a career in IT and Front-End Development. I’m open to new opportunities where I can contribute, grow, and make an impact — and I’d love to connect with others in tech who are on a similar journey. I’m currently expanding my portfolio with personal projects and look forward to connecting with professionals in tech to exchange ideas and grow together.
