About Elena Estanol

I work with high performing individuals, leaders and athletes who want to bring their A game to the field. This encompasses my work with professionals and CEOs, looking to polish the "diamond in the rough", with coaches, healers, and therapists in helping them build, & grow transformational businesses that are purposeful and profitable, as well as my work with athletes and performers working to polish their skills and achieve excellence, and my work with individuals with ADHD and creative entrepreneurs. I feel greatly honored to work with individuals to find their inner selves, achieve balance, wholeness, meaning and excellence in their lives. Because of the diverse experiences working with many individuals, teams and families; I truly believe that we need to provide integrative and holistic care. We need to move away from treating people as though they are broken, and instead help them see the skills and tools they still need to develop so that they can come to trust and believe in themselves and their strengths, and in turn, invest in fully caring for their body, mind, spirit and show up powerfully in their lives and leading others. I am on a mission to change the way in which we show up for clients, but also the models in which we build our practices and businesses, so that we decrease the level of stress, illness and burnout amongst healers, psychotherapists, coaches, & holistic practitioners, so they can also build lives that are whole, meaningful and create time and money freedom. I believe that when we can achieve balance on these areas, we can truly rise to have happy, engaged, meaningful and flow- filled lives!
