About Elena Grassi

I like to do things at best of my capacities; I believe that there is always time in life for improvement and this is why I motivate myself to constantly learn new skills and keep an open mind at work and in my everyday life. This is what I have been doing after the Covid 19 pandemic forced me home, I have been adapting myself to new circumstances, learning new roles and skills, experiencing new job fields waiting for the worst to end. Before the pandemic I was covering the position of Operations Supervisor at the University of West London, successfully leading the day-to-day operations of the London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism, supervising a team of up to 10 personnel and managing the facilities of the College including equipment and its maintenance, physical resources and associated budget. After I was made redundant from my Operation Supervisor position, I have started collaborating with a Medical Clinic Company covering a remote working Administrative and Customer Service role during lockdown. I got several promotions since I started, until covering the actual position of Area Supervisor (North West) and main stock Manager.I would like to enlarge my horizons experiencing new challenges here in London or back home in Italy.
