About Elena Pensa

My work experiences have allowed me the opportunity to cultivate and engage in a plethora of transferable skills. I have had the opportunity to create, implement, and evaluate programs in various work settings from crisis centers all the way to fitness center. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to create, implement, and evaluate programs in various work settings as well as utilize the many skills of crisis intervention. Creative problem solving, crisis management, conflict-resolution skills, are just a few to name. My passion for human rights and women’s rights continues to be the driving force in my “why”, I consider myself a lifelong learner and hold myself strongly to that value.
