About Elena Soboleva

As a personal brand mentor, I specialize in helping service-based women entrepreneurs create magnetic personal brands that are deeply aligned with their values, driving both impact and income. My journey began after a significant setback – losing my fitness coaching business and a fitness account with over 157k followers. This experience led me to realize the enduring power of a personal brand. Leveraging my extensive experience with various brands and consulting for large companies on influencer marketing, I founded my own marketing agency, which rapidly scaled to six figures within its first year. Throughout my career, I have worked across over 20 different industries. However, my greatest joy and fulfillment come from working with women entrepreneurs. Seeing reflections of my own early entrepreneurial journey in them, I felt a deep calling to mentor and lead women. This purpose was further solidified after attending a transformative plant medicine retreat, which inspired me to start The EverBoss community and mentorship programs. I focus on helping women harness their unique gifts to build personal brands from within. My strategies encompass personal branding, marketing, and mindfulness, guiding women to grow their social media audiences and convert them into clients effortlessly. Through my work, I aim to lead a tribe of empowered women who thrive both personally and professionally.
