I am a dedicated and ambitious student working in the food production industry as an Administrative Assistant. I also work as a Behavioural Interventionist that delivers one-on-one therapy for children who have been diagnosed with a pervasive developmental disorder by implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) treatment. I possess a caring and sensitive personality and a genuine interest in helping others become more independent and confident in their abilities. I am comfortable working one-on-one and in groups with people of all ages and varying levels of ability. I apply my varied life experience and a non-judgmental approach to identifying and analyzing the needs of the individuals I support. Moreover, I am highly responsible, versatile, and focused, guaranteed to contribute strongly within a role requiring strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and an exemplary work ethic. I am skilled in technical proficiencies such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media. In addition, I am interested in teaching, early childhood education/learning disabilities and dance education. BA focused in Sociology, Social Developmental Studies & Social Work at the University of Waterloo.
