About Eleni Koushiappi

I have been working in small animal practice for nearly 8 years. I enjoy internal medicine most and also mentoring and coaching new grads to help them achieve full potential and become independent while developing a culture of enthusiasm and teamwork. Apart from clinical work I have had additional responsibilities such as project managing within my current workplace and have helped the practice improve in many aspects. As a person I am organised, methodical, attentive and a loyal team player. When I am not at work you might find me gardening at my allotment which keeps me very busy. Having such a hobby has allowed me to learn lots of new things, meet new people and improve my wellbeing. Through my work and gardening I have found a passion for ecology, sustainability and horticulture, which I hope to be able to apply in any future roles.
