My career started as a system test engineer, pretty soon my leadership, communication and organizational skills led to a Team Leader role. As a personality and as a professional what has always been exciting for me is to be aware of the big picture and work on the direction to provide an excellent end result. So it was pretty obvious what would be the perfect role for me, the one of Project Manager. I am a Project Manager for more than 10 years. Ι have driven and implemented projects of different sizes with multiple cross functional teams and for different customers. In all of them I remain focused on the big picture and build the projects’ implementation on the above 3 pillars of PMBOK Guide, the outcome has always been successful. My PMP certification is the product of all these years in the trenches, filled with valuable lessons learned. I am equally comfortable with different development life cycles, Waterfall, Agile and Scrum, work is no different. I believe that trust, reliability, discipline and a quality focused personality, are values that contribute to the growth of a company, and I pride myself on being dedicated to those.
