Curious, pragmatic, and result-oriented. From procurement to site documentation, from regulatory compliance to digital transformation, my experience combines strategic vision, operational management, and the ability to lead complex projects in high-responsibility environments. Graduating in Specialized Translation (Arabic-English/Italian), today I am a Project Manager at Nemo Consulting, a company specializing in strategic consulting for supplier qualification, procurement process digitization, risk mitigation, and sourcing. The company also manages RFPs, category management, and supports clients in implementing digital solutions to optimize operational workflows. Since 2019, I’ve worked with clients in the Telco and Infrastructure sectors, leading teams and processes for supplier qualification, subcontracting, document validation, and safety management in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08. I’ve helped a major client fully transform and optimize their supplier qualification process up to subcontractor authorizations, reducing inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improving regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and data quality. Currently, I manage a team of about 10 people working on several projects, some of which are also related to PNRR funds. My most recent development is a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence Management (Ateneo Impresa), aimed at integrating AI not only into workflows but also into both internal and external processes, supporting adoption and transformation, as well as raising awareness among companies with low maturity and understanding of the sector and its potential. I am always open to growth and collaboration opportunities, even at an international level, in environments where technology, strategy, and human value intersect to create change.
