About Elessette Conwell

I am a bilingual educational leader with a vast range of experience, knowledge, and skill sets that make me unique and well-rounded. My leadership style is transformational-servant. I enjoy serving others with my heart and hands while cultivating the leaders in others. My experience includes fifteen years of teaching in public, private, and charter schools working in urban and suburban environments. I am skilled in multiple grade levels in K-6 education as a classroom and ESL teacher. I have experience as a lead elementary teacher, facilitating and organizing a school-wide Chromebook distribution at the start of the pandemic, collaborating with parents as a community school volunteer, and facilitating a Trauma-Informed PD for K-5 teachers. In addition, my personal leadership experience includes being director of the children's ministry for teachers and children ages 1-12 and grant-funded community coordinator experience. My focus includes a proven history of whole-child student success and the development of positive relationships with all stakeholders. As a lifelong learner, I hold a Masters in Education Leadership from Lehigh University and PDE Administrative I Certification, Masters in Education and K-6 certification level II, Pre-K-12 ESL certification, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Art Therapy.
