About Elexis Rowe

I am currently working with a boot camp full-time in order to receive my Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, to make sure that I am ready to land my career as a Data Analyst. I am focusing on gaining skills such as SQL, Excel, Programming, Data Visualization, Data Cleaning, and Statistical Knowledge. I am really looking forward to finally working in a field that I care about and starting a new career. I come from a customer service background for an auto insurance company. This was a very big change for me from what I did previously, working in retail, but the customer service part was all similar. I found that I could talk very well with customers, and de-escalate any situations that were thrown my way, which is a great example of my skills with Problem Solving and Critical Thinking. That being said, I also feel that my perspectives when working with data, will be very unbiased and objective with the knowledge I have from working with customers.
