My diverse experience working in many areas with the public from reaching out to donors for resources at homeless shelters, recruiting organizations to connected with companies for funding and nonprofit, social work and involved Interviewing families, and even working as a teachers aid at a daycare for tutoring in after school programs makes me the perfect candidate. My interpersonal skills include the ability to maintain a good and safe environment for clients who can develop a since of trust in our company for long time services along with providing accurate information and scheduling appointments and screening for new applicants. I’m a complete professional who takes full accountability for my work who’s well rounded and organized with the ability to work in fast-paced environments, greeting potential applicants and ensuring our services reach larger varieties of clients in shorter periods of time for advancement. I’m a leader who knows how to be a team player and can be well adjusted in groups if needed. Having hr environmental experience while previously working as an intake coordinator I’m very familiarized with, staying on track and remaining focused to ensure clients feel respected and prioritized when offering personal information. Diversity is familiar territory for me, so I have no delays with change and can grow with the company throughout time. My communication skills are top of the line, and I have a great phone presence that allows me to provide follow up phone calls when required and can participate in quality assessment activities. You will find that I have great computer skills and can work on the most update coding software and understand all of its legalities. I also use this skill to monitor all promotional and marketing programs to determine notification requirements and when updating an applicant’s status in the system. My typing speeds can use some improvement but, they are sustainable when entering data quickly.
