As a former student athlete and a certified Medical Assistant, I’ve thrived in dynamic environments that require agility and a strong team spirit. In my latest endeavor, I’ve taken on the role of a Manager for our Clinical Service Line, and it’s been an exhilarating experience. Among my proudest accomplishments, I’ve spearheaded various projects, from implementing an employee vaccination process to developing and managing an enhanced new hire orientation. Connecting with our incredible staff and understanding their motivations has been crucial in fostering a sense of belonging. I firmly believe that engaged employees contribute to a thriving workplace. One of my passions is maintaining strong partnerships with affiliated schools, which have been instrumental in developing stable recruitment strategies. Additionally, I’ve managed a robust Medical Assistant Apprenticeship program, a testament to my commitment to nurturing talent within our organization.
