I'm Elfrida Mutapcic, a seasoned professional with a strong background in traffic management, logistics, and international operations. I hold a Master's degree in Traffic and Communications from Sarajevo University, specializing in road traffic. My journey began in education, where I honed my communication and organizational skills as a High School Teacher in Zavidovici and Zenica. Transitioning into the dynamic world of logistics, I spent 11 enriching years at Natron-Hayat, starting as an Engineer Logistics and get promoted to the role of Chief of WU Transport, Customs and Outsourcing. My tenure equipped me with an extensive skill set in Import/Export Operations, allowing me to navigate complex logistics challenges effortlessly. I thrive in optimizing transportation processes, ensuring seamless customs procedures, and fostering strategic outsourcing partnerships. I'm a regular attendee at industry summits, seminars, and workshops, seizing the chance to stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in logistics and supply chain management.
