About Elfrida Putrie

Previously, I worked as a General Administration in an Asian non-profit organization, Asian Women’s Resource Centre for Culture and Theology (AWRC) in 2012 until 2013. AWRC focused on publishing journal titled In God's Image. The content of this journal was mostly narrative and analytical essay about culture, theology, religion, and artwork. I was able to advance my skill in English, both passive and active, since most of the communication in this organization is in English. I learned to manage the administrative and secretarial stuffs. I also could progress my ability in editing and translating texts/ articles and broadened my perspectives about culture and theology. Furthermore, I knew the basic knowledge about working in a publisher. I ended up my contract on May 2013, and started working as a front officer in PT. Bank Mandiri on October 2013 until present. By working in PT. Bank Mandiri, I learned how to be a good speaker, since i have to communicate with many characteristics of customers. I was challenged to have a good communication skill to explain, persuade, and give solution to the need of customers. Besides, I have to be proactive in marketing the products.
