Public Health Professional with over 15 years of global health experience in the humanitarian and development sector, working with local, regional and international Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), academia, and the private sector on health service delivery, health systems strengthening and institutional capacity building through applying research and evidence-based programming. Adept at participatory research and evidence-based programming (designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs) through active partnership and collaboration with local and international partners while maintaining strong and effective donor and governmental relations. Published researcher and speaker-highly comfortable in English, French and Amharic-with effective presentation and communication skills in multi-cultural settings and among different stakeholders and decision-makers (local, national and international).
