I have over 35 years of experience in a range of real estate transactions throughout New Jersey, with a concentration in northern urban areas. I have completed hundreds of deals through multiple market cycles, and have leased space to organizations large and small. But what drives that is how much I enjoy working with the people behind each deal—really listening and understanding their needs, being aware of their concerns, and assuring them that the complexities of their lease will be handled with care. When I’m not leasing existing properties, I focus on acquiring value-add commercial and investment properties and apartment buildings for Novus Equities’ growing portfolio of multifamily, office, and mixed-use properties. We concentrate on Passaic, Essex and Hudson counties, with buildings in Paterson, Passaic, Newark, Orange, Irvington, Elizabeth, Jersey City, and West New York. In addition, I am an independent licensed real estate broker and commercial real estate investor, seeking commercial properties to purchase, rehab, and lease.
