About Eli Dinkova

With more than 20 years of experience as a business consultant - starting in Milan and later in Sofia - I’ve worked with diverse organizations to drive growth and optimize performance. Throughout my career, one insight has remained constant: in every organization and behind every project, the most critical factor for success or failure is people’s behavior. How people and teams communicate and collaborate within an organization is a key determinant of success - whether it’s a small initiative or a large-scale transformation, human dynamics are always at the core. This realization led me to explore the field of organizational psychology, shifting my focus toward understanding behavior in the workplace. I became especially fascinated by how interpersonal dynamics and team interactions shape performance, engagement, and outcomes. Blending my business consulting background with psychological expertise, I now lead and develop, together with ASSESS team - a variety of projects that help companies, leaders and teams navigate complex challenges through targeted organizational consulting and training programs.
