I’m a business consultant with a mindset of proof and a mission of accountability. Every business requires strategy and communication to grow effectively. Always a motivator, I used my passion of empowerment to help get people out of stuck mode. I then sought the skill set that would take my passion and translate it into tangible results for my clients. The method: EOS and Kolbe are proven tools which focus on healthy communication, employee accountability and corporate discipline. These methods have guided my career in building structure where there isn’t and trust where it’s lacking. As a certified Kolbe consultant, I often customize a team building structure and assist with reinforcing and building better partnerships for more stability and compatibility. The commitment: Clients are often skeptical of a consult meeting, afraid of the idea that won’t come to fruition. I made a commitment to defy the odds of consulting and offer tangible results. Instead of simply guiding, I take my status as growth implementer seriously, being known for structuring my outline on deliverables, rather than concepts. The value: I meet business owners who have great markets, yet possess a fear of process. It is precisely this fear that I have the corporate antidote to combat. Not afraid to get the work done, I conduct awareness, training and productivity within a series of goals and meetings so that all core values and measurables are accounted for.
