Eli Hill is a senior at North Carolina State University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Raised on a family farm in Eastern North Carolina, Eli developed a strong work ethic, determination, and a commitment to excellence—values that have shaped his approach to both academics and professional endeavors. Eli’s experiences span across finance, consulting, and entrepreneurship. As a Tax Intern at Deloitte, he is gaining firsthand experience in tax strategy and financial compliance. His previous roles at State Employees Credit Union and AgCarolina Farm Credit provided him with exposure to financial operations, capital markets, and credit analysis, strengthening his expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment. Beyond traditional finance roles, Eli has demonstrated leadership and adaptability in eCommerce and logistics as an intern and later a coordinator at Riverwild & Wilders Wagyu. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident through founding and managing E-Lawn Lawn and Landscape Management, where he built a thriving business from the ground up, handling financial operations, marketing, and customer relations. Eli’s passion for global business perspectives led him to study abroad in Prague, France, and Germany, where he collaborated with international peers on complex problem-solving exercises, real-world case studies, and strategic decision-making projects. This experience not only strengthened his leadership skills but also refined his ability to analyze challenges from diverse cultural and economic viewpoints. His ability to adapt to dynamic environments and develop innovative solutions further reinforces his problem-solving expertise in financial and business contexts. Eli is actively seeking full-time opportunities in financial services and wealth management while he pursues a unique Master’s in Trust and Wealth Management at Campbell University. This program will provide him with specialized expertise in fiduciary services, estate planning, and investment management. He is eager to bring his analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience to an organization where he can contribute and grow professionally.
